They are available new from several places (but OMFG they're expensive at around 500$ for a full working set: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nickel-Bell-Pull-Internal-Butlers-Servants-Bell-/360188083469), but I'm sure you could also source some nice antique ones. The used ones (needing parts/repairs/cleaning) are as cheap as ~10$/bell+shipping.
